This particular feature means that the Rotatruck fully support the load by bearing all the weight, this in turn gives more freedom to the operator who is only required to easily direct the truck.

When operators must use traditional hand trucks they are constantly required to carry the load, in order to do so they have to push down on the handlebars to keep the cart raised and move.
